Abstracts, posters and films
Abstracts will be submitted exclusively through the website: issssymposium2025.com
To submit an abstract, you must first register. The presenter of the work must be registered for the event.
Each presenting author may submit up to 05 (five) works as a presenter, although they may be co-authors of other works.
The summary text must contain a maximum of 3200 characters (with spaces).
The summary must be objective and concise, with essential information in its different sections. The essential elements for creating the abstract are: title, authors, linking institutions, correspondence and e-mail address.
Suggested sessions: introduction, objective, method, results and conclusion.
Language: The abstract must be written in English.
The results of acceptance of works will be announced by March 17, 2025.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to publish the summary of the work in printed or electronic form.
1 (one) certificate will be issued stating the title and namesbmittedthe author and all co-authors.
Be careful when entering information during the online registration process (title, author and co-authors with full names), as this information will be used to generate the certificate.
The work will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee, based on the criteria established by this committee, and challenges to the Scientific Committee’s decisions will NOT be permitted.
The presentation of abstracts will be oral or e-poster.

Each submitting author will have a submission limit of 5 (five) works per registration;
There is a limit of 7 authors per work.
The registered personal data must be filled out very carefully, as these will be used to publish the work and register for the event;
Other authors who register for the conference should not resend the abstract already registered. If the person responsible for sending the work is an undergraduate, resident or postgraduate student, the author/researcher responsible for the project must sign a Declaration of Science and approval of the submission by email: eventos@assessoreventos.com.br
Before submitting the abstract, review it carefully. Any changes will only be permitted until the deadline for submitting abstracts.
The author responsible for the submission must fill out all the fields in the online form, including the email address of all authors of the work. All communications regarding the scientific work will be sent only to the author responsible for the submission, who will pass it on to the other authors.
After submitting the abstract, an automatic email will be sent to all authors to confirm the registered information and their co-authorship of the work.
If you do not receive the automatic email on the same day confirming submission, the summary may not have been sent correctly. In this case, please contact us by email informing the problem.
The author responsible for submitting the work must be registered, participate in the event and present the work. If participation is not possible due to force majeure, another author must be appointed as responsible for the presentation, and must also be registered for the event.
Standardization for structured summary content = 22 (twenty two) Oral Presentations.
The Title must be concise and reflect the study to be presented. The content of the summary must be related to the chosen topic.
The summary text must not exceed 3,200 characters with spaces, limit of 250 characters without space for the title.
The abstract must be typed in a single body, and the author is suggested to follow the sequence: Introduction, Objective, Patients (Materials) and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
Case Reports/Clinical Cases must be typed in a single body, with the following sequence being suggested to the author: Case Presentation, Discussion and Final Comments.
Results must be presented as clearly as possible and conclusions must be based exclusively on the data presented.
Trade names are not allowed, only the generic names of the drugs, written in lowercase letters.
Works selected for oral presentation will have 10 (ten) minutes for presentation and 5 (five) minutes for discussion between the presenter and the audience. Delays will not be tolerated, the sound system will be cut off and the projection will be turned off.
The definitive selection of the 22 official abstracts will be the responsibility of the Scientific Committee of the Congress, based on the work of the Selection Committee.
All works presented during the meeting will receive a certificate in the name of the work, issued by the event control system.
The presenter must prepare his presentation using slides (PowerPoint) and arrive at the Media Desk 2 hours in advance to save the file in the system. The presenting author must prepare the presentation, which must contain: Introduction, Material and Methods, Results/Discussion, Conclusion. Figures, tables and graphs are welcome.
If none of the authors attend the event, the presentation will be canceled and the certificate will not be issued.
Information about the day and time of the presentation will be available on the website.
E-Poster = 7 (seven with discussion).
Authors with work approved for poster must access their restricted areas to check the date and time of their presentation.
The essential elements for creating the poster are: title, authors, linking institutions, correspondence and e-mail address, introduction, method, results and discussion (it is recommended to use photographs, graphs, tables and figures that facilitate illustration ), conclusions and bibliography.
E-posters must have a maximum duration of 3 (three) minutes and 3 (three) minutes of discussion). Instructions for sending them will be provided to the approved videos.
The definitive selection of the 7 (seven) official E-posters will be the responsibility of the Scientific Committee of the Congress, based on the work of the Selection Committee to be presented in the auditorium.
Free video = Free Video Session = 7 (seven with discussion).
Videos must have a maximum duration of 7 (seven) minutes and 8 (eight) minutes of discussion). Instructions for sending them will be provided to the approved videos.
The scientific committee will invite commentators for the filmes selected for the SBCT, who will receive the work in full in advance and will make their comments following the oral presentation.
The definitive selection of the 7 (seven) official filmes will be the responsibility of the Scientific Committee of the Congress, based on the work of the Selection Committee.
